In some cases a warranty may be provided by a 3rd party or drop ship supplier.

Returns are only allowed when specified in the listing (Noted in each listing). 

All items are shipped well packaged and tracking information is provided.

If you would like to see more images of an item, please request by email and we'll provide additional images or information.

1) Shipping Services that we use; USPS, UPS, FedEx.

For items under $100 value, we ship USPS unless specified otherwise.

For items over $100 value, we'll ship UPS or FedEx.

Tracking information is provided on every order. (If not locally delivered)

Consignment Policy:

1) 404 Trade Co. does offer consignment opportunities. This means we partner with you to list and sell your collectable items.

2) LOW FEES - 404TC Consignment Fee is 25%. (eBay is 40%+)(Industry standard is 30% to 40%)

3) Exposure to our audience through Social Media. We work to build our audience of collectable and hobby enthusiasts. See Reference Page.
